※ Structural Features
• The grinder adopts a gantry-type bed, high-quality steel plate welding, high-temperature tempering, aging treatment, and precision machining, with good accuracy retention.
• 360° rotary electromagnetic sucker worktable, standard copper coil, super suction, stable quality; sucker rotation precision, with automatic locking function, at the same time can be non-standard customized all kinds of blade work.
• The standard quick change grinding wheel seat can change the grinding wheel in 30 seconds.
• The grinding head frame is driven by a frequency conversion motor and driven by a helical rack and pinion, with stepless speed change: 1 - 20m/min.
• Frequency conversion feed, feed quantity, and feed frequency are controlled by special PLC + frequency conversion; high efficiency and accuracy, including three kinds of special feed operation procedures; the whole machine is controlled by a digital touch screen, and all feed is displayed digitally.
• The central automatic lubrication system can provide lubrication for the whole guide rail, spindle, coupling, and the whole machine.
